Palkia is Dragon/Water type legendary Pokemon, his signature is Special Rend. Palkia's legendary mates are Dialga and Giratina, Special Rend is a lot more weaker then the Roar of Time. Palkia uses Roar Of Time to scare other Pokemon away. Only Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina can learn the move Roar Of Time. Palkia is set to be available in PTD4.
